Student volunteers for mobile gaming project
mGBL Project Information
mGBL is a 3-year EU-funded project, led by project co-ordinators
evolaris research lab, based in the city of Graz, Austria. Nine other
organisations are also engaged in this project, from EU countries as diverse as Austria,
Croatia, Italy, Slovenia and the UK. UCLT, Anglia Ruskin¹s cutting
Edge learning technology research centre, is the UK partner.
Project brief: the design of gripping mobile video games for younger
people, primarily students. We aim to design exciting learning games that are fun to use and that can support decision-making in critical situations.
We need your views on what mobile game features would help you
Develop decision-making strategies and skills.
You will be aged 18 24. You will own or have regular use of a
Mobile phone. You will have an interest in mobile gaming.
The required minimum commitment:
March 2007: around 1/2 hour for the online User Requirements
questionnaire.
May 2007: Around 2-3 hours to assess online some mGBL mobile games
prototypes and to complete associated online questionnaire.
In return for your participation you will receive, on successful
completion,
a £10 gift voucher for use at W.H.Smith.
