The Building Management System (BMS) monitors and controls heating equipment and other plant present on University sites. BMS in effect controls all environmental services in all University buildings. This system is expanding and being refined by ISS and Estates.
Estates staff requiring access to BMS or technical support should contact the Service Desk.
