Support for HR and Payroll is provided by the SAP HR system – This SAP module supports the recruitment of permanent staff, covering vacancy approval, posting application, selection and hire.
This is undertaken jointly by HR and the Recruiting Manager, to whom some of the process is devolved.
A Talent Pool exists of registered candidates, which can be searched for suitable candidates before posting or advertising the vacancy on the LMU webpage, external job boards or newspapers/journals.
Extensive use of workflows provides a high level of automation in terms of vacancy approval, candidate data capture, contract generation and production/despatch of recruitment correspondence.
