EMIS (Estates Management Information System)
EMIS is a repository of information on space within the University estate. This includes information on room size, type, usage, ownership, and occupancy. The system also records all data on employee, research student and contract staff that reside in one or more of these spaces.
Access to EMIS is controlled by the Estates Department who grant permissions for access – ISS are the only other department with access to the system in order to provide support function.
Estates staff requiring access to EMIS, or technical support, should contact the Service Desk.
EMIS is integrated with AutoCAD), a system which is used to create and maintain the master plans of the Estate.
