The Olympic Park Legacy Company Graduate Internship Programme is the public sector, not-for-profit organsiation responsible for the long-term planning, development, management and maintenance of the Olympic Park and its facilitiea after the 2012 Games.
The internship programme is focussed on graduates of East London universities or graduates resident in one of the Olympic Host Boroughs are particularly welcomed. The internship consists of a three-month placement with one of the company’s departments which will provide interns with a unique and first hand understanding of regeneration and legacy.
Interns will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects with specific outputs, work shadow the Executive Director or Director, attend meetings and events as well as a tour of the Olympic Park.
Applicants should have a minimum of a 2:2 degree and be eligible to work in the UK. They should also have a keen interest in regeneration and strong commitment to the values and aims of the Legacy Company as well as good organisational , interpersonal, administrative and IT skills. They must be committed to working five days a week.
Up to five interns will be recruited. Interns will be paid the London Living Wage during their internship.
