The Spring Project in partnership with STEP, is offering a free day’s worth of valuable job skills and employability training to unemployed graduates on Tuesday 12th June.
The facilitators of the day have between them over 45 years of experience working at a high level to help executives, elite athletes and high potentials to improve their performance, confidence and results. Through the Spring Project they are bringing this free of charge to unemployed graduates.
There will be a number of personal development, self-awareness and insight work-shops throughout the day focusing on three core principles:
1. How to be of service – and unlock exceptional value for yourself and others.
2. Responsibility – for your own thoughts and actions to determine the future you want.
3. Living with integrity – being true to yourself about your brilliance and what holds you back from achieving your aspirations.
