The Spring Project in partnership with STEP, is offering a free day’s worth of valuable job skills and employability training to graduates seeking employment. At The Spring Project we see an abundance of talent out there in the graduate community that we feel is often being overlooked and under-utilised. The team at The Spring Project has a track record in developing talent, unlocking potential and boosting performance with individuals and teams.
Giving their time, space and resources, the Spring Project provides free training and developmental opportunities that help graduates develop key skills and behaviours that we know employers are looking for. These are focused around three core principles:
Generosity – how to be of service – unlocking exceptional value for yourself and others.·
Responsibility – for your own thoughts and actions to determine the future you want·
Living with integrity – being true to yourself, owning your brilliance and seeing what holds you back from achieving your aspirations.
This is not a traditional employability approach. This is an intensive day of training and development that invites participants to look at their performance and explore new practices that have the potential to produce greater results. This requires openness, self-awareness and curiosity.
The training will be held at The Spring Project, 100 Vauxhall Walk, Vauxhall, London, SE11 5EL on 22 June 2012, 09.00 – 18.00
