NHS Social Care Graduate Scheme Taster Day – 23 July

Do you have what it takes to be a leader in social care? Would you like to be paid to find out?

Social care is one of the most complex sectors there is.  With around 1.6 million staff across the country, it is bigger than the NHS.  And it is arguably more challenging.

We are looking for exceptional graduates who have a passion for wanting to make a difference in social care to join our Graduate Management Trainee Scheme.

 Trainees receive:

-       Full-time one-year work placement in a social care employer

-       12-month bursary

-       Institute in Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 4 qualification

-       Social care development days

-       Action learning sets

-       Work experience in a range of social care settings

If you are interested in finding out more about what life on the Scheme, and a career in Social Care Management, might involve please come to our taster day in London on Wednesday 23rd July.

The event will last from around 11:00am – 3:30pm, and you will need to be able to attend for the full day.  The event will take place at ADASS, at Local Government House, Smith Square, London, SW1P 3HZ
