PwC Forensic Services Talk-Thursday 5 December at 5.00pm in the basement lecture theatre in Goulston Street. B.01

How do the civil courts expect litigants to deal with the new types of electronic evidence? Do the courts expect litigants to disclose their emails, mobile phone messages and other computer records to the other parties in advance of a court hearing? If so how will the parties find and extract all this data from their records? Experts from PwC Forensic Services team (including a London Met University Graduate) will be attending the University this Thursday to explain the mystery of how the civil courts approach electronic disclosure of documents.
This talk is aimed primarily at LPC students who are training to be solicitors but will also be useful for all law students with an interest in technology and law. Also it will be helpful for computer students.
Remember this is a growing alternative career path to the conventional training contract and the panel are happy to network and discuss careers after the session. Don’t miss out!
You are welcome to attend this interesting talk on Thursday 5 December at 5.00pm in the basement lecture theatre in Goulston Street. B.01. There is no need to book.
