Students needed to promote competition for the Lord Mayor’s Office

Student Services is proud to announce The Mayor of London’s Office is
seeking 5 students from London Met to promote “Mayor of London Low
Carbon Entrepreneur 2014!” competition.

 Now in its third year, the competition closes in March and Siemens are providing prizes of a £20,000 idea development fund in addition to 6 paid internships at their sustainable cities initiative in London. Business Ideas can cover all areas- Product design, Transport in the
city,Materials/reuse, and recycling/circular  economies,  Behaviour
change/networking, Energy efficiency/capture/generation,  Food/food
waste, Water management.

 If you are interested in receiving training from the Mayor’s Office
to become a student ambassador to promote this prestigious competition
at London Met, please send an email to Neelam Thapar,
n.thapar@londonmet.ac.uk no later than 2nd January including a
paragraph about why you are interested in the role. Please note, this
is not to apply for the competition, but to apply to be an ambassador
to promote the initiative to other students
