Still no idea what you want to do when you finish your course? Then why start by trying Prospects Career Planner!

Graduating next year and still not sure what you want to do after you finish your course? Many students find themselves feeling undecided about their future career as they approach their final year.  Choosing your future career is a big decision for anyone and can be very daunting.

If you are feeling confused or undecided Careers Consultants will often recommend that you try Prospects Career Planner to  start the ball rolling. This is an online career planning and job hunting tool designed  to help students and graduates explore career choices.  It will help you to identify your skills, motivations and desires for your job role based on the inforamtion you provide and match them to occupations and current opportunities.

It can help you to:

* Identify what you want out of a job

* Generate ideas which you can explore in more depth.

* Determine why some roles are more suitable for you than others and what to work on in order to be a closer match  to your preferred careers.

* Immediately view current opportunites in the occupations generated

It is important to bear in mind that it can’t tell you what you should do – that is a personal choice that only you can make – or get you a j ob.  It can, however, help you towards narrowing down the areas you might want to work in and exploring those areas further to enable you to make a decision and begin your job search.
