School of Computing Mathematics Career Planning Event Tuesday 8 December

An Exclusive Careers Event for Mathematics Final Year Students & Recent Graduates.

There will be a presentation from Pedro Santos from the Bank of England. Includes talking about his role and offering advice about the skills that employers (including the Bank of England) expect graduate recruits to possess. You will also receive advice from our faculty careers consultant on how to plan your future career and how to search for graduate jobs, visible and hidden job markets, today’s job market situation, employers’ expectations of graduates.You will have the opportunity to take away a free information sheet on CVs and Covering Letters.

It is a great occasion to network with people in your subject area! Bring along a fellow student with you, and make this event successful.

All attendees will receive an electronic copy of certificate of attendance. Signed paper copy will be provided on request.
