The Ministry of Defence is looking for technology savvy, problem solving individuals to join the MOD Information Graduate Scheme.

The scheme is looking for graduates with, or on track to achieve, a 2:2 degree or above in a range of accredited information related degree disciplines including (but not limited to):
Computer science
Computer engineering (software/systems)
Business computing
Software development
Computer/computing (forensics/science)
Information technology
Information systems
Information security/applications
Application development
Network infrastructure/security/engineering/management
Most opportunities will be based in Corsham, Wiltshire although there may be opportunities available in other areas in the UK.
Job Description
The MOD Information Graduate Scheme is a training & development programme within the MOD. The portfolio of our business is unique – we acquire and support a huge range of systems, services, software solutions & Infrastructure: from the latest tactical communications equipment used on the front line to a new style of IT for MOD Personnel, utilising the latest Microsoft operating systems and cloud services in UK Offices.
We are currently undergoing a huge change in the way we do business in the Information arena and the scheme provides an exciting opportunity to be part of this transformation. As a member of the MOD Information Graduate Scheme you will support, and be involved in, the design, development, testing, assurance and operation of information and technology services for Defence.
The MOD Information Graduate Scheme is recruiting information graduates to join Technical Development Streams including Application Services & Solution Development; Information Assurance; Technical Services and Architecture. There are a variety of roles available to develop expertise within these Streams including IT, Solutions/Applications Development, Information Architecture, Information Security, Information Assurance, Business Analysis, Service Management & Agile Development.
Training and Development
The scheme will invest heavily in support of your individual professional training & development, providing opportunities to gain specific technical experience, whilst broadening your professional development. Support for training and accreditation in specific technologies, methods and processes are included in the scheme development plan.
On successful completion of the scheme you will be considered for potential promotion into a permanent position in a professional role within the Defence Information arena.
