Advice Support Worker

Citizens Advice Camden offer free, impartial and confidential advice to anyone who needs it, regardless of race, sex, disability or sexuality.

Function: To provide administrative support within the office.

For example:

  • Manage the waiting area (posters, leaflets etc)

  • Welcome clients and visitors, explain what services the bureau can offer

  • Enter client details into a database

  • Assist clients to access publicly available information (self-help) where appropriate

IT Assistant – Women Only

This role will involve assisting our IT/Facilities Coordinator.

This role will involve the following:

Admin Solace cloud account users, BT telephony and mobile accounts and to ensure all lists/accounts are up-to-date

Laptop, tablet, computer, mobile and photocopier support at Head Office.

IT facilities for boardroom meetings.

Please note that our volunteer opportunities are open to women only (exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1), and that these volunteer roles are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and subject to enhanced DBS checks.
