Jaguar Land Rover Developer Challenge – deadline for applications has been extended to the 13th of July at 11:59

Students and alumni of London Metropolitan University are invited to participate in the Jaguar Land Rover developer challenge. Cars are now a part of the Internet of Things like any other connected device. Instead of thinking of them as purely mechanical objects that just get us from A to B, they want participants to think about how they can be a part of our connected lives and the wider ecosystem of technology.

The developer challenge is focused on how can we use this Connected Future to have a positive impact on people’s lives inside and outside the car. In addition they are also hosting a warm-up event to be held today the 6th of July in London  where there will be the possibility to meet the Jaguar Land Rover team and hear more about the event and the developer resources that will be available on the weekend.

They  are looking for a cross functional selection of participants: whether you are a developer, designer, UX, creative, business person or you just want to get involved in shaping the future of the automotive industry, they would love you to apply.

See above deadline extended.
