British Council Programme for English Language Assistants in China.

Applicants do not have to speak Chinese, but they do need to be native speakers of English.  The scheme normally runs from 1 September to 30 June and will involve working around 20 contact hours per week.  Applicants must have graduated by the time the placement begins.

This is a paid opportunity – free accommodation is provided with a private bedroom and utility fees are usually covered. The return flight will be paid for by the school upon completion of the contract.
