Digital Inclusion Volunteer (Circle Support)

Providing our older service users, usually on a 1-to-1 basis, with the skills and confidence to make the most of the internet in order to lead fuller and more independent lives.

Communications Volunteer (Victim Support)

Do you have good communications and administrative skills, are able to use online content management systems and wish to gain writing and editing skills? Victim Support (VS) is the independent charity for people affected by crime and traumatic events in England and Wales. Our specialist teams provide individual, independent, emotional and practical help to enable people to cope and recover from the effects of crime.

Green Impact Auditor (London Metropolitan University)

Learn skills in environmental auditing, improve your CV and gain valuable employability skills with course that is IEMA approved! London Metropolitan University has opportunities for current students only to attend free environmental auditing training session. Green Impact is an environmental change and engagement programme with an awards element, run across the UK and now internationally by the National Union of Students. There are currently over 200 organisations on- and off-campus across the UK taking part in Green Impact.

Social Outreach Role (SimpleGifts)

SimpleGifts is looking to recruit volunteers for our new pilot project, SimpleGifts Delivers. We are expanding our meal offer from our weekly community lunch in order to provide a hot, homemade meal to members of our community who are unable to join us in our centre. Aside from providing a nutritious meal, our goal is to reduce social isolation through a weekly visit from a friendly face and the chance to have a good, old chat! Through these conversations, we hope to be able to identify other services that may be beneficial for our users and to assist in creating the necessary links for these to be accessed.

Intranet Volunteer (Fairtrade Foundation)

We have recently built a new intranet and are looking for somebody to come in to populate content, increase usage and roll out across the organisation. We would like someone to see this as a project to get our intranet up, running and integrated into the Foundation’s mentality as the first port of call for inter-team and internal communications.
