 Food Scientist

This role presents the perfect opportunity for students hoping to build key skills, increase knowledge, gain experience and confidence to enable them to enter a prosperous industry. To be considered as Food Scientist you have to have the will, passion to develop and learn. Ability to work as part of a close team and ensure the product process runs safely, smoothly and the product meets all the high quality standard.

 Fundraising Volunteer

Barnet Mencap provides a range of services and campaigns with people with learning disabilities and people with autism or Asperger’s and their families to secure good services and support in the borough. Barnet Mencap is the leading voluntary organisation for children and adults with learning disabilities and their families in the London Borough of Barnet.

 Library Volunteer

We invite you to join our friendly team and help us run a service which benefits the whole community. We would like you to volunteer for at least one day a week for half a day ? either in the morning or in the afternoon. Availability: Friday/Saturday/Wednesday morning Sunday/Thursday afternoon

 Exhibition Assistant

To mark the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the merchant ship SS Otaki, and the 75th anniversary of the Richmond Castle sinking, Wellington is hosting the Abandon Ship! exhibition. Between 21 May-6 November 2017, the exhibition & events programme will explore the stories of the two ships, the fates of their crews, and wider themes of abandoning ship and survival at sea. The exhibition will be opened only on Sundays and Mondays form 11-5. Minimum commitment is 2 days per month.

 Challenge Events Team Volunteer

This role will provide essential support to the Challenge Events team. You will help the team to maximise fundraising by supporting the fundraisers on our treks, cycles, skydives and swims. As well as supporting those who organise their own challenge events across the UK and abroad. Participants take part in event like the Mount Kilimanjaro trek, Ben Nevis Midnight Challenge, Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, Ride London and many other events.

 Production Operator

This role presents the perfect opportunity for students hoping to build key skills, increase knowledge, gain experience and confidence to enable them to enter a prosperous industry. As a Production Operator you will lead the production process to deliver a consistent quality of product. Setting high standards to sustain and protect site staff and brand reputation you will support the development of the company strategic plan.

Volunteer Event Assistant – Summer Festival

From older people dancing to Ed Sheeran to African drumming on the People’s Stage, to circus skills workshops throughout the day ? the summer festival is a full packed fun day out for people of all ages! With over 30 thousand people expected onsite throughout the day, the Summer Festival is fast becoming one of the Palace’s biggest community events. We need your help to make sure it will be a truly memorable event for everyone. Opportunities will include set-up, stewarding, supporting the stage management of the People?s Stage liaising with professional and community artists and breakdown.
The Summer Festival will happen on the 22nd July 2017, and it is a free, all- day event.
