London City Hall is currently recruiting interns to support the Mayor’s Entrepreneur competition by raising awareness of it at Imperial and also supporting the central events held at City Hall. The competition this year is offering 3 start-up funds of £20,000 each to business ideas in the Environment, Tech and Creative Industry sectors that will reduce carbon emissions in London.
The successful interns will work as a team of 25 students from across London. The internships are for 3.5 hours per week over a 6 month period starting in mid-September and are paid the London Living Wage (currently £10.20 per hour). Undergraduates and postgraduates are both welcome to apply but they do need to be a student throughout the length of the 6 month internship.
