The event will provide insight into different sectors and organisations, and will be an opportunity to ask questions of representatives from our inclusive partner employees, J.P. Morgan, the Financial Conduct Authority and Bloomberg. It will take place from 6pm to 8.30pm on the 20th November, at King’s College London.
There will also be a discussion about the impact of disability in the recruitment process and the workplace, with the objective of increasing participants’ confidence and understanding of adjustments, what they might be, when to ask for them, and how EmployAbility can provide support and assistance through that process.
J.P. Morgan, the FCA and Bloomberg offer internships, and graduate programmes for a range of careers. All are committed to diversity, actively encouraging and supporting disabled applicants, working with EmployAbility’s team of experts to ensure that disabled candidates are provided with the level playing field which is their right.
As well as learning more about the organisations and the careers within them, you will gain an insight into how our partners approach disability inclusion, and what this means for you. Great relationships start with good conversation, and the evening will provide a chance to network with our speakers, and ask them the questions you really want answered.
