As the events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic continue to evolve rapidly, the recruitment arm of London-based creative firm Prolific Youth launches the ‘Be Back At Work’ Programme, aimed at getting 100 people from across Greater London recruited within the hospitality workforce.
The programme, funded and organised directly by Prolific Youth, will directly support people seeking employment, who are impacted by the current climate. “The Be Back At Work programme is an important expression of our company’s values and our long term commitments” said Amour Haider, Managing Director at Prolific Youth. “Not only are we excited to help shape and develop the next generation, we hope to break down barriers in youth unemployment and help set free the massive talents of young adults”
The programme is focused on bridging the gap between unemployed adults and the scarce job market, helping them emerge stronger during this unprecedented time by empowering them to find their own voices, connections and confidence. The focus also extends to venues, restaurants and corporations within the hospitality industry to improve their diversity recruiting strategy, by pairing them with diverse candidates based on what’s important; their skill sets, work ethic and qualities.
The programme opens on August 10, 2020 with applications closing on the 21st September.
