Photoshop is installed on all Macs in Commercial Road Library….. but maybe you prefer to use a PC? The solution is GIMP!
GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) has been installed on all our PCs. It has a similar layout to Photoshop, with layers, history and tool palettes, image resizing and image transformation tools.
