London London Metropolitan University Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities present a week of free exhibitions, performances, lectures and conversations aimed at building closer partnerships between students, researchers and Holloway. These activities are part of Islington Exhibits, produced in partnership with London Metropolitan University.

A performance piece that invites you to participate in reflective investigation of the PROMISE of education. Since its beginnings London Met has delivered education under many different names. These names reflect the desires and aspirations of its students. This piece we will explore the re-creative aspect of the name Northern Technical and Recreative Institute. Join Belinda and her assistants for an assessment like no other.
The Gatehouses by Architecture Studio 8 at The Cass

Students in Architecture Studio 8 at the Cass have designed and made 5 ‘gatehouses’ based on landscape edge conditions and liminal spaces. The Gatehouses are installed in 5 different locations around the courtyard of London Met on Holloway road.
