New image resource ARTSTOR at London Met

ARTSTOR contains millions of images from some of the world’s top photo archives,  museums, libraries and artists, (including rare materials not available anywhere else), which you can use in your assignments, as all content is rights-cleared for education and research.

For example you can search the American Folk Art Collection, Judy Chicago Collection, Josef and Anni Albers Foundation Collections, Victoria and Albert Museum Collection to mention just a few.

It also includes open access collections from partner museums that are freely available to all to access, including unusual collections like Cornell: Afrika Bambaataa Vinyl Collection, Brooklyn College VHS Activism or City College Dominican Library First Blacks in the Americas. Please note the copyright status of the images should always be checked before using.

Find it on the Library Catalogue and log in with your username and password and have a search around.
